Ok so bar a couple of small details the new broadside variant cannons are done. The cs its mounted on isnt destined to be the final mount, he was just a conveniant test body. Ordered parts to finish off my crisis suits now too. We are getting somewhere now :-D
This is the converted broadside for my army, the idea is at least partially stolen from the great teal, but i just never much liked the massive railguns, this swaps it out for a shoulder mounted MAC cannon there will be 2 but im short some parts. If theres any interest ill write up a "how i made this"
hey guys (and girls), welcome to my new blog. Im setting this up as a means of tracking progress during my painting jeourney.
I not long ago started a new Tau army for 40k and began to log it in the librarium online tale of X gamers or TOXG for short :P.
Progress has been slow up to now owing mostly to the fact that i ordered a battallion box and it has taken an age to get here. So far im just working on how im going to convert and base stuff. Ill be posting my army list on here for your scruitiny later. For now i just want to use this post to begin the log and post up where my evil forces stand at the moment.
So far i have
1 crisis suit almost done
1 crisis suit ready to paint
1 crisis suit massively WIP
Add to that 2 half built pirhanas
Several stripped tank hulls
1 half painted devilfish tank.,
Lets start this off with a qquick look at what i have so far, this guy is the CS i have set up and ready for painting. Its a deathrain suit and im still trying to figure out if i like the missile pods being that way up. Let me know what you think.
